Because we offer VoIP, we remain an essential service. So during the second lockdown, we will remain open and provide all our services effectively and securely whilst also supporting those who are working from home. Our office is also open for drop offs and collections.
Due to the last lockdown our call back time has increased from 8 minutes to 10. Nevertheless, we have maintained a high level of positive customer feedback despite a significant increase in number of tickets raised.
